Eugene O’Neill
Irish-American playwright Eugene O'Neill is the only American playwright to have been awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature and also four Pulitzer prizes. O’Neill wrote nearly 60 plays in a career spanning three decades. During his time at Tao House in Danville, California, O'Neill wrote his most famous plays that rank among the highest achievements of the English-speaking theatre: The Iceman Cometh, Hughie, A Moon for the Misbegotten, and Long Day's Journey Into Night.

Some volunteer opportunities include but are not limited to:
IT
advise on ways to improve and develop our use of technology
Communications
write articles, press releases, edit, assist with social media
Marketing
assist in developing marketing plans and outreach efforts
Fund Development
assist in the development of a plan to increase financial resources, including implementation
Grant Writing
research possible grant sources for EONF program support; write and submit grant applications
Hospitality
provide hospitality support for Foundation-sponsored events at Tao House and in the community
