Former Artist in Residence and Northwestern University Professor Dassia Posner comes to Danville to discuss her new book The Actor’s Revolution: Art and Politics at the Moscow Kamerny Theatre. Dassia worked on this book during her time as an AIR fellow at Tao House and relied on Russian documents found in the Foundation’s library archives for her research. Now she returns to present the fruits of her labor, talk about her research process, and discuss her book which “reclaim(s) the lost history of the Moscow Kamerny Theatre and its innovators.”
