Michael Connelly is the best-selling author of forty-two novels, which have sold over 90 million copies worldwide. Connelly is also the executive producer of both Bosch and Bosch Legacy, as well as The Lincoln Lawyer and Ballard.
Rick Jackson is a retired LAPD homicide and cold case detective who has been called “the Godfather to L.A. Crime Writers,” having consulted with Connelly, James Ellroy, Joseph Wambaugh, and a dozen others.
Mitzi Roberts led the LAPD’s Cold Case Unit, where she was responsible for the continuing investigation of the Black Dahlia case. She apprehended Sam Little, the most prolific serial killer. Her career inspired Connelly’s Amazon series Ballard.
