Information on Copyright, Fair Use, and Republishing
Cornell University offers a useful site for reviewing Copyright, Fair Use, and republishing of materials. The link to that site is: https://library.cornell.edu/copyright.
Yale University’s Beinecke Library houses the largest collection of Eugene O’Neill artifacts, including original letters, papers, books, photos, and other materials and items donated by Carlotta Monterey O’Neill. Please consider contacting the librarian there with detailed requests for assistance. They offer a fully-staffed library with specialists in cataloging and researching special collections. While they may charge a fee for requests from outside the university for information from their catalogs and databases, they may also offer information on reference sources outside of their own research library.
